Do you offer a free consultation call?
Yes, I offer a free 15-minute consultation call, but I'm not currently accepting new clients. Please reach back out after January of 2027.

What do I need to have done prior to my first appointment?
Once you have decided you’re interested in working together I will send you paperwork to fill out via my secure HIPAA compliant client portal.
What are your hours?
Tuesdays:
In-person, telehealth, or walking - 9am-3pm
Thursdays:
In-person, telehealth, or walking - 9am-3pm
How often will I need to come?
Frequency depends on what fits with your schedule and what your needs are. I am flexible to meet at whatever cadence feels appropriate to you.
