Do you offer a free consultation call?Yes, I offer a free 15-minute consultation call. You can reach out using my online form to get scheduled.

How do I schedule a session?You can schedule your first appointment by contacting me through the website or sending me an email at jordyn@restory-therapy.com.

What do I need to have done prior to my first appointment?Once you have decided you’re interested in working together I will send you paperwork to fill out via my secure HIPAA compliant client portal.

What are your hours?Tuesdays: In-person, telehealth, or walking - 9am-3pm Telehealth or walking only - 8am, 3-5pm Thursdays: In-person, telehealth, or walking - 9am-3pm Telehealth or walking only - 8am, 3-5pm

How often will I need to come?Frequency depends on what fits with your schedule and what your needs are. I am flexible to meet at whatever cadence feels appropriate to you.

Where do I meet for in person therapy?The office is located at 11 Municipal Drive, Suite 200, Fishers, IN 46038. There’s a parking lot or street parking. When you arrive please sign in to the iPad at the office evolutions desk. You may wait in the waiting room, and Jordyn will come to greet you and bring you back to the office at the time of your session.

Where do I meet for walking therapy?For walking sessions you will meet at the office building and we will leave together to walk on the Nickel Plate trail. You can sign in at the iPad in the office evolutions desk like you would for an in person session.

How does telehealth work?Telehealth appointments are done via video call through the HIPAA compliant client portal.

Can I do a mix of in person, walking, and virtual?Yes, you can switch between all 3 session locations depending on what you have going on.

I don’t live in Indiana, can we still work together?I am licensed in Indiana and Wisconsin, so you must reside in one of those states.

Do you accept insurance?I am working on becoming paneled with some insurances, but out of network at this time.

What are your fees?$200- Psychotherapy Assessment/Initial Intake Session $140- 45 minute Couple, Family, and Individual Psychotherapy sessions $140- Missed appointments within 24 hours

How do I pay?Full payment is expected at the time of service. A credit card is required to be kept on file prior to the first appointment. Insurance information must be provided prior to the first session to verify coverage. If insurance information is not provided, you will be billed as a private payer. Please contact your insurance to clarify what services are covered. If your insurance does not cover a service, you will be responsible for paying for the service received.

What if I cancel within 24 hours of my appointment time?If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged the full fee for your session. Please note that insurance does not pay for missed appointments. When you are placed on the schedule, that time is set aside specifically for you. When you do not attend your scheduled session, the opportunity is missed to serve other individuals. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your session for any reason, please do so with a 24-hour notice so someone else can be scheduled in that time slot. You are responsible for making and keeping your appointments.

What if I need to re-schedule?If you cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled time you will not be charged for the appointment.

What if I’m late to an appointment?If you are running late to an appointment, the appointment will still end on time. If you are 15 minutes late to an appointment, you will be charged for a missed appointment and need to reschedule.
